• We do not create user accounts and there is no login or registration.
• Your app data is not transmitted to PassportFactory servers and is not stored by us remotely.
• The app may link to third-party services such as iVisa and SafetyWing, but those destinations operate under their own privacy policies.
• The app currently does not use third-party analytics SDKs. If that changes, we will update this policy before enabling them.

2. How We Use Your Information

Website

• Operate and improve PassportFactory.com.

App

• Display passport status, Schengen day counts, and document wallet details locally on your device.

The Travel Ready app does not use browser cookies.

App

6. iCloud Backup (iOS App)

The Travel Ready app stores data locally in your device's app storage.

On iOS, that local data may be included in your standard iCloud device backup if you have iCloud backup enabled. This means your travel data may be backed up to your personal Apple iCloud account.

• PassportFactory does not receive, access, or store that backup on our servers.
• Apple's handling of iCloud backup data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• You can manage or delete app backup data through your iPhone's iCloud settings.

7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Partners

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Analytics providers: website usage data may be processed by Google Analytics.
• Advertising and consent providers: website usage, device, cookie, and consent data may be processed by Ezoic and its advertising demand partners.

App

App data stays on your device until you clear it in the app, delete the app, or remove any iCloud backup copy through your device settings.

For Travel Ready, your data is protected by your device's own operating-system security controls, such as your passcode or biometric authentication. We cannot retrieve or restore app data for you because we do not store it.
