6. App Data and Privacy

Data you enter in Travel Ready is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to or stored on PassportFactory servers.

If you enable notifications, Travel Ready may schedule local reminder notifications on your device for document expiries. These are generated locally on-device rather than by PassportFactory servers.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Travel Ready version 1.0 does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced later, we will update these Terms accordingly.

All content on PassportFactory.com and in Travel Ready, including text, graphics, logos, design, and interface elements, is owned by PassportFactory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Travel Ready app does not contain third-party display advertising.
