Visa on arrival adds another 29 options, with examples like Ethiopia, Madagascar, and Bahrain. Norway is also a Schengen country, which changes the European travel context completely. The caveat is the usual one: even strong passports still run into airline and border checks, so the 3-month validity buffer matters.
